PolyAquol™ -LW
PolyAquol™-LW is a patented polyglycerol-based and naturally-derived O/W emulsifier. The key features of PolyAquol™-LW reside in its ability to form an emulsion in a cold-process environment while achieving very low levels of viscosity. This ingredient is perfectly suited for “one-pot” emulsions as well as low-energy processes without the use of heat or homogenization.
